Welcome to Arttra Pte Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at arttra.sg (“Site”) and our immigration consultancy services (“Services”).
By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
2.1 We provide immigration consultancy services relating to Singapore visas, work passes, dependent passes, permanent residence, student passes, and other immigration matters as advised by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore.
2.2 We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated otherwise by a qualified lawyer affiliated with us. You are encouraged to seek independent legal advice where necessary.
2.3 Our Services include:
Assessment of eligibility for Singapore immigration schemes.
Document checking and application submission assistance.
Liaising with relevant authorities on your behalf (with your authorisation).
3.1 All immigration applications are subject to the sole discretion of MOM, ICA, or other relevant government bodies. We do not guarantee approval of any application.
3.2 Any case studies, success rates, or testimonials on our Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of your specific result.
4.1 You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection, ban, or legal penalties.
4.2 You are responsible for updating us promptly of any change in circumstances (e.g., job change, marital status, criminal charges).
4.3 You must comply with all Singapore immigration laws.
5.1 Our consultancy fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of government filing fees, taxes (e.g., GST), or third-party costs unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before we commence work, unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
5.3 Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced (e.g., eligibility assessment, document preparation). Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis per our Refund Policy.
6.1 If an application is rejected by MOM/ICA, fees are not refundable because consultancy work (preparation, submission, advice) has already been rendered.
6.2 No refunds are given for change of mind or personal circumstances after work begins.
7.1 All content on our Site – including text, graphics, logos, forms, templates, and guides – is our intellectual property or licensed to us.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we shall not be liable for:
Any rejection, delay, or change in immigration policies by MOM/ICA.
Any loss or damage arising from your provision of inaccurate information.
Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of income, opportunity, or reputation).
9.1 We collect, use, and disclose your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By engaging us, you consent to us sharing necessary data with MOM, ICA, or other government agencies for processing your application.
9.3 We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing.
You agree not to:
Use our Site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Scrape, copy, or mine content without permission.
Our Site may contain links to MOM, ICA, or other external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the State Courts of Singapore or Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) for mediation before any litigation.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
